About Exchanges
We guarantee to exchange any item you are not completely happy with, or that doesn't fit. The item must be in re-saleable condition, with the original label, and within 14 days of the delivery service marking it as 'Delivered' to apply for an exchange.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or out of the established timeframe may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover shipping or customs expenses. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. OVERGLAM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to process an approved exchange request as a refund based on current inventory and logistical constraints.

Over Glam reserves the right to refuse repeat exchanges. Notice will be given to the relevant customers by the company about the suspension of exchange rights with proper justification. The customer may appeal this decision and a proper investigation will be initiated by the company.
How to Request an Exchange: To initiate the process, please contact our customer service at customerservice@overglam.com. You must provide clear photographic evidence or other relevant proof of the item's condition in your initial email.
Once our team reviews the evidence and approves the exchange, we will provide the designated return address. The item/s must then be sent to us within the next 3 working days.
About Returns

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the return shipping or customs cost for refunds. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Additional refunds, outside of incorrect items as described below, can only be requested as in-store credit for the original value of the purchase. At the moment, we are not able to cash refund more than one order per customer.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or the item has a manufacturing defect, you must report it within 7 days of receipt. OVERGLAM will not be held responsible for any claims made after this strictly enforced 7-day period.
Processing & Reimbursement

Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. The items delivered must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the return authorization number.

We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only up to the value of the original delivery charge. (Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item, you will not be charged again for delivery.

If we find the defect described in your email upon inspection, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) or grant a full refund of the item at the moment of the purchase. Otherwise, the original item may be shipped back to you.
How to Report an Issue: Please contact us at customerservice@overglam.com with your order number within the 7-day timeframe. You must attach clear photographic evidence demonstrating the defect, damage, or incorrect item in your email.
Our team will review the evidence to determine the necessary next steps and provide an authorization number along with the appropriate return instructions.
