About Exchanges
We guarantee to exchange any item you are not completely happy with, or that doesn't fit. The item must be in re-saleable condition, with the original label, and within the 14 days of purchased, if acquired at the store, or 14 days of the delivery service marking it as 'Delivered' if acquired from the website, to apply for an exchange.

Once the exchange is approved, the item/s must be sent to us within the next 3 working days.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or out of the stablished timeframe may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
We cover postage costs for exchanges once for each customer for UK orders only, after that, return costs may apply.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cover shipping or customs expenses for customers outside the UK. This charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Over Glam reserves the right to refuse repeat exchanges. Notice will be given to the relevant customers by the company about the suspension of exchange rights with proper justification. The customer may appeal this decision and a proper investigation will be initiated by the company.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
About Returns

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the return shipping or customs cost for refunds, at the moment. This charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Additional refunds, outside of incorrect items as described below, can only be requested as in-store credit for the original value of the purchase. At the moment, we are not able to cash refund more than one order per customer.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or the item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with the order number and the product condition/reason for return within 72 hours of receipt to obtain an authorization number for returns.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
The items delivered must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the return authorization number.
We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only up to the value of the original delivery charge. (Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item, you will not be charged again for delivery.
If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) or grant a full refund of the item at the moment of the purchase. Otherwise, the original item may be shipped back to you.
